To view the PVD, you must register by filling out all the information in our registration form. After verifying that the data belongs to a company or professional store in the industry, we will activate your account. From then on, by entering your username and password, the PVD prices (price for distributors or wholesale prices) will appear, along with the discount applied to the recommended retail prices (RRP).

Orders should be placed through our Marketplace at www.mayalsport.es/shop. To log in and start an order, you need to go to the login section where you will enter your username and password.

Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+2)
Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM (GMT+2)
Sundays and public holidays: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM (GMT+2)

Within Spanish territory, we only ship to the Peninsula and Balearic Islands.
The normal delivery time in the Peninsula is 24/48 hours on working days.
Peninsula, Balearic Islands, and Portugal: Shipping costs will be €6 and free for orders over €100.
Canary Islands: Free shipping on orders over €300.
International: Free shipping on orders over €500 for EU countries.

From the moment you receive your order, you have a period of seven calendar days to return it in case of damage or defect.
To proceed with the return, prior notification is required by sending us an email to the address: store@mayalbolsos.es. In this email, you must include photographs of the defective products. After receiving the email, you will receive a response from our Returns Department explaining how the issue will be resolved. We will not accept the receipt of merchandise by any means of transportation other than the one we have instructed.
